Debra Bellmaine is President of Tampa Web Design Pro (formerly Bellmaine Design), a web design firm providing website solutions for small and medium-size businesses. She is a software professional with broad experience creating custom business applications.
Debra obtained her Bachelor of Science from California State University Fresno in Information Systems, Magna Cum Laude. She has spent 20 years as a software engineer, all phases of development, including design, coding, testing. She also hold various certifications, including Sun Certified Developer for the Java 2 Platform.
Debra’s career has included being the Director of Programming for Advanced Logics, a software development and consulting firm, and most recently the Chief Technology Officer for Stellar Acquisitions, a Clearwater marketing firm.
Her community activities include more than seven years as the Entertainment Director for Clearwater Community Volunteers, a non-profit organization with the purpose of helping to create a better community for all citizens of the City of Clearwater and Pinellas County. CCV has raised money, food and toys for family and children’s charities such as the Boys & Girls Club, Everybody’s Tabernacle’s Homeless Emergency Project, the Red Cross, Victims of Katrina and Winter Wonderland.
